Trip Across the USA (Part 3)

Trip Across the USA (Part) 2

Part 2 of my trip to Florida from Los Angeles, is to fly through the desert and stop at Thermal, CA then to Tucson, AZ. Los Angeles is surrounded by mountains and this keeps the cool ocean air in the valley that Los Angeles was built in. When you fly or drive east you must pass through the Banning Pass. Flying and Baseball

On Monday, Chris and I flew up to Arlington to satisfy his cross country PIC requirement and to catch a Texas Rangers baseball game.  We watched the Rangers beat the White Sox, 4-0. Both Josh Hamilton and Nelson Cruz returned to the Rangers to hit home runs. Alexi Ogando threw a beautiful complete game shutout.  The next morning we flew over downtown Dallas, Cowboys stadium, The Ballpark in Arlington, and Six Flags.
